At PTJ Shoes, we’re committed to getting your cleats to you quickly, safely, and affordably so you can get back to doing what you love — playing the beautiful game of football/soccer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. (Excluding drops and pre-orders).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day (within 2-5 business days).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.
Rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express services.
Certain regions may have extended delivery times due to location or customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PTJ Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at team@ptjshoes.com so we can help file a claim and work toward a resolution.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, shipping will occur once the product is available. Any items ordered together will ship once all items are in stock unless otherwise arranged.
