We are a family-owned small business, founded by two families with deep cultural roots—one of Native Hawaiian and Irish heritage, and the other of Mexican heritage. The heart of our story starts with PTJ himself, a 12-year-old footballer/soccer player whose love for the game sparked the idea for our brand. Like many young athletes, PTJ spent countless hours on the field, always looking for ways to improve and stand out. Frustrated with the limited cleat designs from mainstream brands, he dreamed of cleats that not only performed at the highest level but also expressed individuality, culture, and creativity. That dream became the foundation of PTJ Shoes.

With the support of both families, we set out on a mission to create soccer/football cleats that challenge the norm. We wanted to design footwear that celebrates diversity, reflects bold personal expression, and stays true to the essence of the beautiful game. Drawing inspiration from our multicultural backgrounds, our cleats embody the spirit of resilience, artistry, and authenticity.
